Prints
All our prints are made to order – that is, they are not printed until you order them. If the print is faulty, then we will refund your money and return postage; however, if you wish to return the print for any other reason, we will charge a return fee of 20% as we are unlikely to be able to re-sell it and postage will not be refunded. All refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to pay for the print within 30 days of our receipt of the returned print. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.

Licensing
If a downloaded image is not what you expected, we will refund your licence fees provided you have not made any commercial use of the image and you inform us within 5 working days of receipt of the image. We reserve the right to deduct an admin fee of £30 for any invoice which we are asked to cancel. If you asked us to courier or send an image via special delivery, those costs will not be refunded.
